Millikin Runners Score Top 10 Finish

The Millikin men's and women's cross country teams both posted top 10 finishes at the Gill Dodds Invitational hosted by Wheaton College at St. James Farm in Warrenville, Illinois. The Big Blue men finished eighth while the women were 10th.
Freshman William Powell was Millikin's top male finisher finishing in 52nd with a time of 27:33.3. Joey Davies was 58th at 27:46.9.
Top Big Blue female runners moved into the Millikin all-time Top 25 chart with their performances. Ripley Vonhoff was 38th in the event in 24:18.6, which is the 16th fastest 6K in school history. Mackenzie Dixon was 50th in 24:41.6, which places her 22nd in the Big Blue Top 25 times.
