Jamie Michl was the CCIW Champion in the 800 Meters at the recent 2016 CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championships.  Michl won the 800 Meters in the 2016 CCIW Indoor Championships and at the 2015 CCIW Outdoor Championships.  Michl was also part of a school record setting 4x400 Relay team at the 2016 Championships.
