Sami Battle had an excellent weekend winning five events in the course of two days. She was a double event winner Friday night in the double-dual meet against IWU and NCC in the 50 freestyle (24.55) and the 100 backstroke (1:01.61). Battle came back on Saturday's dual meet against Knox to win three individual events, the 50 free (24.65), the 100 free (53.99) and the 100 backstroke (1:06.67). In exhibition swimming, Battle set a new McIntosh pool record in the 100 IM (1:03.55).
