Devin Crews-Baseball
Devin Crews of Eureka, Ill., is being honored for his accomplishments on the field in baseball. In 2018, he had a .372 batting average with 10 doubles, 11 home runs and 30 RBI. During his time at Millikin, Crews set the record for most hits in a season with 67. He also holds the record for most stolen bases in a single game at four and has tied other Big Blue records: the most at bats with 180, most runs scored in a game with five, and most home runs in a game with three.
In 2018, Crews was recognized and declared Millikin’s Hitter of the Year and was named to the 2018 D3Baseball All-Region Team. His other honors included being named to the CCIW Academic All-Conference all four years of his time at Millikin and named to the 2017 CCIW All-Conference First Team after he hit a .362 average with four home runs and 28 RBIs.
A 2018 Millikin graduate, Crews earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management with a minor in Digital Media Marketing.
