Big Blue Women’s Soccer Ties Cardinals

          The Millikin women's soccer team played to a 1-1 tie with North Central College in double overtime on a cold and rainy night at Frank M. Lindsay Field in Decatur, Illinois on October 28.
          North Central opened the scoring in the first half on a goal by Jessica DeJong.
          Millikin tied the game in the second period when Taylor Hartman scored.
          Anna Benvenuto had eight saves for Millikin in goal.
The teams would play through both overtime periods without scoring.
          Millikin is now 6-9-1, 1-4-1 while North Central goes to 7-8-1, 2-3-1.
          Millikin will close out the regular season on October 28 at Augustana.
