Big Blue Men’s Soccer Scores Sixth Win

          The Millikin men's soccer team defeated Webster University 3-2 on September 23 in Decatur, Illinois to improve to 6-1 on the season.  Webster falls to 1-5-1.
          Millikin opened the scoring at the 4:44 mark on a goal by John Fauser off a pass from Zach Solorio.
          It would stay 1-0 Millikin until the 52nd minute when Drew Quisenberry tied the game for the Gorlocks.
          Millikin regained the lead at 77:55 when Solorio scored off a deep pass from Fred Bartuch.  Millikin would add an important insurance goal two minutes later on a goal from Tucker Mathieson off an assist from Fauser.
          Webster would make it 3-2 in the 80th minute on a goal from Jeremy Statman.
          Daniel Sinclair earned the win in goal for Millikin recording one save.
          Millikin out shot Webster 14-6.
          The Big Blue will travel to Franklin College on Sept. 26.
