Big Blue Men’s Soccer Wins Thriller

          The Millikin men's soccer team picked up an important conference win with a 2-1 win over Elmhurst College on October 1 at Frank M. Lindsay Field in Decatur, Illinois.
          Millikin's winning goal came with 17 seconds left to play when freshman Austin Taylor scored off a Michael Longo corner kick.           
          Elmhurst scored early to go up 1-0 on a Zach Clements goal.
          Millikin would tie the game at 1-1 in the 21st minute when Trey Knighton scored off a Ben Spelman assist.
          The two teams would remain deadlocked for the next 68 minutes before Taylor sent Millikin's Homecoming crowd home happy.
          Millikin improves to 7-2, 1-1 while Elmhurst goes to 5-3-3, 0-1-1.
