Millikin Men’s Soccer Winning Streak Ends

          The Millikin men's soccer team had its six game winning streak to open the season stopped with a 5-1 loss to the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater on September 24 at Frank M. Lindsay Field in Decatur, Illinois.
          Dylan Hottsmith had a goal and two assists to lead the Warhawk attack.  Wisconsin-Whitewater led 2-0 at the half and then added three more goals in the second period.  Jeremy Cohen, Jake Santellano, Jack Wirth and Yoshihiko Fukushima all had goals for the Warhawks.
          Millikin's lone goal went to Tyler Anderson with the assist by Nick Hatfield.
          Millikin is now 6-1 while Whitewater goes to 4-2-2.
          Millikin will open conference play on September 28 when they travel to North Park University.
