Millikin Wrestlers Compete at Max Servies Duals

After hosting its Wrestling at Kirkland event on Thursday, the Millikin wrestling team took a team of competitors to Wabash College for the Max Servies Duals on January 20 in Crawfordsville, Indiana.
With most of Millikin's starting lineup getting the day off, the Big Blue lost all three matches.
In its first dual, Millikin lost to the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh 30-16. Freshman Angel Granado won by major decision 15-3 over Jaylen Johnson at 125 pounds. Big Blue sophomore Noah Justi won by fall at 157 pounds over Corey Knudsen. Millikin freshman Diata Drayton won at 285 by fall over Ben Kitslaar.
Millikin lost to Cornell College 46-6. Granado earned Millikin's victory at 125 winning by forfeit.
In its final dual, the Big Blue lost to Thomas More College 41-12. Millikin's Deionnte Honorable picked up a win by forfeit at 197 and Drayton won at 285 by ball of Joseph Marino.
