The Millikin University volleyball team matched up against the CCIW's top ranked team, Illinois Wesleyan, in the semifinals of the conference tournament at the Shirk Center in Bloomington. The Big Blue was defeated in four sets by the Titans (15-25, 15-25, 25-21, 19-25).

Marie Gerbasi and Marissa McElroy led the Big Blue's attack at the net with ten kills apiece. Rose Syversen rounded out her 2018 season by tallying 35 set assists and 16 digs. Alyssa Vignos added 19 digs. Kelsey McAtee froze the defense twice for two service aces.

Millikin fell to 16-19 overall to end the season.
