Millikin Men’s Tennis Wins at Elmhurst

          The Millikin men's tennis team won at Elmhurst College 8-1 on April 22 in Elmhurst, Illinois.
          Millikin took five of the six singles matches.  Jacob Palley was a winner at number one singles 7-6 (7-3), 6-3.  Greg Schwoeppe won at number three singles 6-2, 6-1 with Logan Bennett winning at four singles 6-1, 6-0.  Nick Laramee was victorious at number five singles 6-3, 6-1.  Millikin picked up a win at number six singles and number three doubles by default.
          In doubles action on the court, Palley and Schwoeppe won 8-5 at number one doubles and Connor Sacks and Tom Emola won at number two doubles 8-2.
          Millikin is 9-7 overall and 3-3 in conference play.
          The Big Blue's final regular season match is April 25 at Augustana.  The College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin (CCIW) Tournament is May 3-5 in Naperville, Illinois.
