Millikin Women’s Tennis Downs North Park

         The Millikin women's tennis team picked up a College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin (CCIW) win over North Park University 5-4 on September 14 at the Fairview Tennis Center in Decatur, Illinois.
         Millikin swept the doubles action with Morgan Bettner and Shelby Jones teaming to win at number one doubles 8-4.  Danielle Beard and Katie Cooper won at number two doubles 8-1 and the duo of Alena Hinch and Madeline Delano won at number three doubles 8-4.
         Beard and Cooper picked up the decisive singles victories.  Beard won at number three singles 6-2, 6-4.  Cooper won at six singles 6-1, 6-0.
