Millikin Women’s Soccer Falls in Home Opener

          The Millikin women's soccer team lost its 2018 home opener falling to Hanover College 2-1 on September 2 at Frank M. Lindsay Field in Decatur, Illinois.
          On a hot afternoon, Hanover opened the scoring at 33:58 on a goal from Kayla Nowlin.
          Millikin answered with a goal four minutes into the second period when Lucy Koger scored on an assist from Kat Stiles.
          Hanover scored the game winner at 75:24 when Autumn Boothby scored off an assist from Olivia Shakun.
          Millikin is now 0-2 while Hanover goes to 1-1.
