Millikin Men’s Soccer Scores Overtime Victory

        The Millikin men's soccer team picked up a road College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin (CCIW) victory 2-1 in overtime at Elmhurst College in Elmhurst, Illinois on October 12.
        Big Blue junior Dalton Gilbert scored the game winning goal at the 95:05 mark in overtime. 
        Elmhurst took a 1-0 lead in the first period when Keegan Thompson converted a penalty kick opportunity.
        The Big Blue tied the game in the 66th minute on a goal from Juan Leon. 
        Jon Kuebler earned the win in goal with three saves.
        Millikin is now 5-5-1, 1-2 while Elmhurst goes to 8-5-1, 2-1.
