Big Blue Women’s Soccer Falls to Carthage

         The Millilkin women's soccer team lost to Carthage College 3-2 on October 26 at Frank M. Lindsay Field in Decatur.  The game was played in miserable weather conditions with cold temperatures and a driving rain throughout the contest.
         Millikin senior Kat Stiles had a big day scoring both Millikin goals. She game the Big Blue a 1-0 at 13:41 with the assist going to Abby King.
         Libby Snyder tied the game for Carthage in the 19th minute. 
         Millikin regained the lead at 33:57 when Stiles scored off an assist from fellow senior Lucy Koger.
         Samantha Sisto would score the final two goals for Carthage.  She scored late in the first half to tie the game and hit the game winner at 76:32.
         Millikin falls to 3-9-2, 1-5 while Carthage improves to 7-6-2, 4-1-1.
