Millikin Men’s Cross Country Wins at IWU Invite, Women Fourth

         The Millikin men's cross country team finished in first place at the Illinois Wesleyan Invitational held on August 30 in Maxwell Park in Bloomington.
         Big Blue freshman Dane Alexander won the men's 5K Race in 15:45.86. Millikin took six of the top 10 finishes with Taijhan Nelson finishing in sixth (15:53.08), Austin Bridgman in seventh (16:11.54), Gabe Bush in eighth (16:12.23), Ben Kuxmann coming home in ninth (16:24.59)
and Kort McClellan finishing 10th at 16:26.05.
         The Millikin women finished in fourth place in a two mile race. The Big Blue's top finisher was Joycelyn VanAntwerp in 12:52.71. Victoria Mineo was 10th at 12:58.59.
