Millikin Women’s Soccer Falls to North Central

         The Millikin women's soccer team lost to North Central College 3-2 on September 28 at Frank M. Lindsay Field in Decatur, Illinois to open play in the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin.
         North Central scored first in the sixth minute on a goal from Lauren Wille.
         The Big Blue answered at 15:49 when Kat Stiles scored on a free kick from 30 yards out.  Millikin took a 2-1 advantage in the 56th minute when Lucy Koger scored with an assist from Faith Fitzsimmons.
         North Central scored twice in the final six minutes to pull out the victory with goals going to Aly Crum and Kyra Ripoli.
         Milllikin is now 2-4-2, 0-1 while North Central improves 5-4-1, 1-0.
