Millikin Cross Country Second at Prairie Stars Invitational

         The Millikin men and women's cross country team each finished in second place at the Prairie Stars Invitational hosted by NCAA DII competitor the University of Illinois-Springfield on September 6.
         Big Blue sophomore Victoria Mineo had Millikin's top 5K time finishing in fourth place at 20:03.49. Joycelyn VanAntwerp was fifth in 20:05.60. Mineo had Millikin's 18th all-time best 5K with VanAntwerp turning in the 19th all-time best time. Millikin's Maddy Eck and Eryn Renison had top 10 performance with Eck finishing in eighth at 20:29.70 and Renison coming in ninth at 20:29.97.
         Taijhan Nelson finished in sixth for the Millikin men in 22:55.50 in a 7K event and Austin Bridgman was 13th at 23:28.80.
