Millikin Wins Soccer Wins Overtime Thriller

The Millikin women's soccer team scored a 2-1 double overtime win at Elmhurst University on October 6 in Elmhurst, Illinois.
 
Millikin's Bailee Blecker scored the game winning goal with 33 second remaining in the second overtime period. Hannah Henson had the assist.
 
The two teams scored within 20 seconds of each other midway through the first half. Elmhurst's Camila Rubio started the scoring with a goal at 21:52. The Big Blue answered back with Maddy Wood scoring off a Blecker assist at 22:11.
 
The game remained tied 1-1 until the final minute of the second overtime period.
