Millikin Men’s Volleyball Falls in Season Opener

The Millikin men's volleyball team lost its 2021 season opener at Aurora University 3-0 on February 9 in Aurora, Illinois. The Spartans won 25-20, 25-15 and 25-19.
 
Freshman Chelan Beavers led Millikin with five kills followed by Jose Gallardo, Colby Campbell and Kyle Clendenen with four each. Robbie Maida had 18 assists for the Big Blue.
 
Thomas Kovanic, Emmanuel Chaidez and Timothy Breiter each had eight kills for Aurora.
