Millikin Women’s Soccer Falls to Illinois Wesleyan

The Millikin women's soccer team lost to Illinois Wesleyan University 3-1 on April 7 at Frank M. Lindsay Field in Decatur, Illinois.
 
The Titans got on the board early when Caelyn Steffens scored four minutes and 11 seconds into the game. Steffens second goal gave the Titans a 2-0 advantage at halftime. The Titans would use a Rachel White goal to open up a 3-0 lead early in the second period.
 
Millikin got on the board in the final two minutes when junior Maddy Wood beat the Titans goalkeeper on a one-on-one breakaway goal.
