Big Blue Women’s Soccer Downs Elmhurst

The Millikin women's soccer team defeated Elmhurst University 2-0 in a College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin matchup at Frank M. Lindsay Field in Decatur on October 15.
 
Millikin opened its scoring at the 4:30 mark on a breakaway goal from Bailee Blecker with the assist going to Payton Dominguez. The Big Blue final goal came late in the came with under two minutes left to play when Faith Marinier headed a goal home off a corner kick from Hannah Henson.
 
Millikin outshot the Bluejays 20-7.
 
Millikin improves to 5-5-2, 3-2 while Elmhurst falls to 0-14, 0-6.
