Big Blue Men's Volleyball Dropped by #3 Carthage

The Big Blue men's volleyball team traveled to Kenosha, Wis. for a matchup with the #3 Firebirds of Carthage College on Wednesday, March 30. Millikin fell to the Firebirds in three sets (12-25, 9-25, 21-25). 

For the Big Blue, Connor Fosselius tallied the top amount of kills with five. Jose Gallardo dded three. Cristobal Gonzalez added a service ace, and Chelan Beavers notched three blocks. Robbie Maida was credited with 11 assists, and Jensen Mast recorded five digs. 

The Firebirds were led at the net by Jack McDonald with 10 kills, and Evan Cashen added nine. 

Millikin will face two final College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin opponents to finish out the 2022 campaign, starting with a road trip to Rock Island, Ill. on Friday, April 1 for a matchup with the Vikings of Augustana College.
