Millikin Volleyball: 2023 NCAA Tournament Ticket Information

The Big Blue women's volleyball team is set to compete in their second consecutive NCAA Division III Volleyball Tournament beginning Thursday, November 14. Millikin is seeded fifth and will match up with the fourth-seeded host Cornell Rams in Mount Vernon, Iowa.

The Big Blue enter the tournament with a 22-11 record, having matched up with two of the squads also in their regional block in the regular season in WashU and UW-Whitewater, who they fell to in four and three sets, respectively.

The Rams enter the national tournament with a 22-7 record overall, having gone 8-0 in the Midwest Conference regular season and winning their conference tournament and automatic berth to the NCAA Tournament with a 3-0 victory over Illinois College. The Rams and Big Blue share a myriad of similar opponents during the season, including UChicago, Whitewater, Illinois College, Carthage, UW-River Falls, UW-Eau Claire, and UW-Platteville. The Rams fell to fellow CCIW squad Carthage in five sets in late September, posting a 4-4 record against similar opponents while the Big Blue posted a 3-4 record against those squads.

The Big Blue will play at 7:00 PM against Cornell on Thursday, November 16. Earlier in the day, top seeded Northwestern (MN) will play #8 Edgewood. On the bottom half of the bracket, the winners of #3 WashU vs. #6 St. Olaf and #2 UW-Whitewater vs. #7 Coe will match up on Friday.
