Millikin Falls to #1 North Central College

The Millikin football team lost to number one ranked North Central College 70-14 on October 12 at Frank M. Lindsay Field in Decatur, Illinois. It was the Cardinals 41st straight regular season victory.
 
The Cardinals nominated the first half leading 56-0 at halftime.
 
Millikin quarterback Aidan Lombardo had two rushing touchdowns in the second half to get the Big Blue on the board. Lombardo was 21-36-2 passing for 235 yards. Don Starling led Millikin receivers with seven receptions for 86 yards.
 
Cardinals quarterback Luke Lehnen led North Central going 11-14 passing for 274 yards and four touchdowns. Thomas Skokna had three catches for 116 yards and two touchdowns.
