Big Blue Football Wraps Up Season

The Millikin football team concluded its 2024 season with a 35-7 loss at Elmhurst University.
 
Millikin's lone touchdown came in the third quarter on a 12-yard pass from Aidan Lombardo to Don Starling. Lombardo finished the game with 182 passing yards giving him 4,292 yards in his career ranking 10th on the all-time Big Blue passing list. Starling had two catches for 73 yards.
 
Elmhurst quarterback John Odom was 7-22 passing for 236 yards and three touchdowns. Running back Taveon Porter had 151 yards on 26 carries.
 
Elmhurst had 369 yards of total offense compared to 221 for Millikin.
 
Ixavion Moore led the Millikin defense with nine.
 
Millikin ends the season at 0-10, 0-9 while Elmhurst improves to 3-7, 3-6.
