Millikin Wins 10 Events at Home Meet

The Millikin University men's and women's track team hosted its annual Big Blue Alumni Meet on April 24 at Frank M. Lindsay Field in Decatur, Illinois.

The Millikin men won four events led by Emmanuel Nwatu won the 110 Meter Hurdles in 15.03 seconds.

Brock Richards won the 1500 Meters in 3:58.53.

Aaron Mohr won the 800 Meters in 1:56.04.

Jack Fisher won the 5000 Meters in 15:39.72.

The Millikin women finished first in seven events led by Hannah Sago who won the High Jump in 1.65 meters (5-5.00), which is second best Millikin all-time performance in the event.

Ella Neihls won the Triple Jump in 10.24 meters (33-7.25).

Audrey Remole won the Long Jump at 5.04 meters (16-6.50).

Kiley Cofer won the 1500 Meter in 1:00.82.

Zena Roberts won the 100 Meters in 13.03 seconds.

Brynn Behrmann won the 5000 Meters in 19:28.68.

Alayana Shultz, Cofer, Lindsey Klaus and Roberts won the 4x400 Relay in 4:21.56.

Up next for Millikin is the 2026 College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin (CCIW) Outdoor Track and Field Championships on May 1-2 at Carthage College in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
