Michael Zellar

Michael Zellar joined the Millikin staff in August 2017 as an assistant baseball coach.
 
Zellar played collegiately at Buena Vista University where he as a three year starter at third base.  He has coaching experience as an assistant coach at the high school level and for the American Legion team in Mankato, Minnesota.  Prior to coming to Millikin,
Zellar was the assistant varsity/head freshman coach at Storm Lake High School in Storm Lake, Iowa.
 
He earned a bachelor’s degree from Buena Vista University in Exercise Science – Human Performance. Zellar is currently studying in the Masters of Coaching and Athletic Administration program through Concordia University-Irvine.
