Peng Lor joined the Millikin University football staff as linebackers coach in August 2025, bringing more than a decade of coaching experience across the high school, junior college, and NCAA levels.
Lor has built a reputation as a strong developer of defensive talent and a detailed, high-energy recruiter. At Millikin, he works closely with the defensive staff on run game planning while overseeing recruiting efforts across the Midwest and West Coast, including Illinois, California, and junior college pipelines.
Prior to Millikin, Lor served as linebackers coach and special teams coordinator at Reedley College, where he helped lead a unit that ranked among the top run defenses and produced multiple all-conference players. His coaching experience also includes stops at Clovis North High School as defensive coordinator and linebackers coach, Justin Garza High School, and California State University, Sacramento, where he worked in defensive quality control and player development roles.
Throughout his career, Lor has coached and developed numerous all-conference performers and contributed to championship-caliber programs, including a state title at the high school level. He has also been part of staffs that mentored players who advanced to professional opportunities, including NFL talent.
A native of Fresno, California, Lor earned his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from California State University, Sacramento.
