Toriano Williams

Toriano Williams was promoted to Millikin’s Offensive Coordinator and Wide Receivers coach in March 2024. Williams joined the Big Blue staff in 2023 as the Running Backs Coach.
 
Coach Williams is a Shreveport, Louisiana, native and started his collegiate football career by playing wide receiver and quarterback at University of Louisiana—Lafayette and Northwestern State University. Williams moved to the professional level as a receiver for Memphis Pharaohs. He later earned his Bachelor of General Studies degree from Louisiana Tech University. Williams continued his education and earned a Master of Arts degree from Louisiana Christian University.
 
Coach Williams returned to Shreveport and began his coaching career at his high school alma mater, Woodlawn High School. He continued his twenty-year career serving as assistant coach, Offensive Coordinator, Head Coach, and Athletic Director. As Head Coach of Delhi High School (Delhi, Louisiana), Coach Williams’ team made a quarterfinal appearance in the playoffs for the first time in school history. Another notable accomplishment was earning the 2015 Central Louisiana Coach of the Year award.
 
Coach Williams is married to Teniesha Williams. The couple shares six children (three who earned football scholarships and one who earned a basketball scholarship). They also have two grandchildren.
