Conor Woods

Conor Woods joined the Millikin Men’s Soccer staff in August 2020 as a Graduate Assistant Coach under head coach Paul Anderson.

Woods comes to Millikin from Knaresborough Town AFC in the United Kingdom, where he most recently served as the assistant coach for the Men’s Reserve Team after graduating from Mount Aloysius College in December 2019.

While attending Mount Aloysius, Woods played soccer for two seasons before suffering an injury that lead him to serve as a student assistant coach for three seasons. As an athlete for the Mounties, Woods played outside back and was a member of the 2015 Allegheny Mountain Conference Championship team. The 2015 season marked the first conference championship in the program’s history.

In his three seasons as a student assistant coach, the Mounties compiled an overall record of 46-13-3 and reached the Allegheny Mountain Conference Championship Final Four each season. Woods oversaw the goalkeepers, becoming the head goalkeeper coach and took the helm for scouting in the fall of 2019. On top of duties with goalkeepers, Woods led team training sessions, assisted with planning offseason strength and conditioning programs, and conducted individual training sessions with student athletes.
