Biography

2024 Outdoor: Earned All-Conference honors with a fourth place finish in the 5000 Meters and a sixth place in 10,000 Meters in school record time of 31:16.77 at CCIW Outdoor Championships.
2024 Indoor: All-Conference in 5000 Meters finishing eight at CCIW Championships.
2023 Outdoor:  Earned All-Conference honors in two events finishing third in the 5000 Meters in school record time of 14:52.21 and third in 1500 Meters in 3:54.58.
2023 Indoor:  Set school record in 5000 Meters in 15:06.09…Earned All-Conference honors at CCIW Championships with a fifth place in 5000 Meters.
2022:  Set school records in Indoor 5000 Meters (15:26.13), Indoor 3000 Meters (8:48.63) and Outdoor 10,000 Meters (32:10.51)…Earned All-Conference in both Indoor and Outdoor…Finished sixth in the 5000 and seventh in 3000 Meters at Indoor Championships and eighth in 10,000 Meters at Outdoor Championships.
2021: Ran Millikin’s seventh all-time best time in Indoor 3000 Meters in 8:30.37.
