2025 Outdoor: Earned All-Conference honors in four events finishing in third in the 400 Meters (54.34), sixth in 110 Hurdles (15.69) and running a leg on second place 4x400 Relay (3:16.96) and the third place 4x100 Relay (41.88) at the CCIW Championships…CCIW Men’s Track Athlete of the Week.
2025 Indoor: Set a school record in the 400 Meters in 49.15 seconds…Finished in second in the 400 Meters at the CCIW Indoor Championships earning All-Conference honors… Ran leg on second place 4x400 Relay in 3:20.57 at CCIW meet.
2024 Outdoor: Earned CSC Academic All-District honors…2024 Outdoor: Ran leg on CCIW Champion 4x400 Relay team…Member of 4x400 Relay that set new school record at 3:13.65…Earned CCIW All-Conference honors in 400 Meter Hurdles finishing in second in 54.77 at Outdoor Championships.
2024 Indoor: Member of CCIW Champion 4x400 Relay Team…Earned All-Conference honors individually finishing third in the 400 Meters and sixth in the 60 Meter Hurdles…Named CCIW Track Athlete of the Week (4x400 Relay)
2023 Outdoor: Ran leg on CCIW Champion and school record setting 4x400 Relay (3:15.71)…Finished in fourth in 110 Hurdles in 15.87 seconds.
2023 Indoor: Ran leg on CCIW Champion 4x400 Relay team…Earned All-Conference honors with a seventh place finishes in 60 Meter Hurdles and 200 Meters…Part of school record 4x400 Relay in 3:20.99…Set Millikin record in 400 Meters in 49.45 seconds.
