    Volunteer Assistant Women's Basketball Coach
Bill Dobrik joins the Millikin staff for the 2024-25 serving as a volunteer assistant coach on first-year head coach Kristen Hammer’s women’s basketball staff.
 
Dobrik has a wealth of experience coaching women’s basketball on the collegiate level. Most recently, Dobrik was an assistant coach at Parkland College in Champaign from 2011-2023. Dobrik work in the program resulted in a 283-94 record with seven conference championships and four trips to the NJCAA national tournament. Dobrik helped develop eight NJCAA All-Americans including the 2015 Player of the Year.
 
Dobrik began coaching at Indiana Wesleyan University (2004-2011). Those teams compiled a 181-39 record winning four conference championships and the 2007 NAIA National Championship.
 
Dobrik graduated from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana in 2004 with a degree in Kinesiology.
