Charley Lett joined the Millikin women’s basketball coaching staff for the 2021-22 season.
 
Lett was a three-year player at McKendree University earning Academic All-GLVC honors. In high school, she was a member of the 1,000 point club at Pana High School two-time All-State, All-Area and All-Conference honoree.
 
Charley is the sister of Millikin Head Coach Olivia Lett. She currently resides in Rochester and is a dental hygienist at Baines Dental Wellness.
