Joanna Conner Gutkowski

Former Big Blue standout Joanna Conner Gutkowski  joined the Millikin staff as a Women’s Basketball Assistant Coach in July 2011.
          After spending the 2006-07 season on the Big Blue staff, Conner Gutkowski spent three years at Manchester College where she was the Spartans top women’s basketball assistant coach and Co-Head Strength and Conditioning coach. Conner Gutkowski was an assistant coach at St. Francis University in Joliet, Ill. for the 2010-11 season.
        As a player for Millikin, Conner Gutkowski was an All-CCIW performer and was named to the D3hoops.com All-American Third Team after her junior season when she helped the Big Blue win the national championship. During Millikin’s tournament run, Conner Gutkowski was named to the NCAA Sectional All-Tournament Team and the Final Four’s Most Valuable Player. Conner Gutkowski is Millikin’s number four all-time rebounder with 796 career boards and the Big Blue’s number 14 all-time scoring finishing her career with 1,132 points.
        Conner Gutkowski earned her master's degree from Ball State University.
