Hailey O'Malley '22 will enter her 4th year as an Assistant Cross Country and Track Coach in the fall of 2026. She joined the Big Blue staff in 2023.

A former standout for the Big Blue, O'Malley earned All-CCIW recognition on five different occasions over her collegiate career. She was named all-conference once in cross country, once in the 1,500 meter run, and three times in the steeplechase.

A three-year captain of the program, O'Malley earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors in 2021 after posting the third fastest time in the cross country program's history.

A Millikin graduate, Hailey earned her Bachelor's of Science in Biology in 2022.
