Wil Palmer

Wil Palmer will enter his 1st season as an Assistant Flag Football Coach at Millikin in the spring of 2027.

Palmer, a 12-year United States Army Veteran, has spent over 30 years across a variety of different roles, including work with the Dallas Wings of the WNBA during the 2016-17 season.

Palmer, a native of Washington, D.C., began at Millikin University in 2025, and has family spread across four different states and four different countries.
