Carrol Whitehouse

Carrol Whitehouse joined the Millikin track and field staff in August 2022 as a part-time coach working with pole vaulters, high jumpers and multis event athletes. He was promoted to a full-time assistant coach in August 2023.

In 2023-24, Whitehouse coached freshman Kyle Hensley to a National Championships in the Pole Vault at the NCAA Indoor Meet and a second place finish at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Championships. Hensley won two College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin championships in the Pole Vault as well. High Jumper Thomas Hills was the CCIW Champion at at the conference's indoor meet.
 
Prior to coming to Millikin, Whitehouse was an Assistant Coach at Mahomet Seymour High School.
 
Whitehouse graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in Public Administration.
 
Whitehouse is retired Firefighter/EMT for the Champaign Fire Department
