Debbie Kiick completed her 22nd season as the Head Coach of the Millikin Volleyball program in 2022.  Kiick is Millikin's all-time winningest volleyball coach with a career record of 513-271. In 2017, Kiick led the Big Blue to its third straight College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin (CCIW) regular season title.  In that same year, Millikin won the CCIW Regular Season Championship and advanced to the NCAA Division III Volleyball tournament for the second straight year.  Kiick was named the CCIW Coach of the Year three years in a row in 2015, 2016 and 2017 and was inducted into the Millikin University Athletics Hall of Fame on September 29, 2019.  In addition to her volleyball duties, Kiick serves as Millikin's Senior Woman Administrator. 
 
In 2010, Kiick led Millikin to a new Big Blue record for consecutive victories by winning 22 straight matches. Kiick’s teams have won 20 matches or more in 17 of her 21 seasons at Millikin. She led the Big Blue to a 29-10 record and the first NCAA appearance of her career in 2005 when Millikin finished second in the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin (CCIW).
 
In 22 seasons, Kiick’s players have garnered 70 all-conference honors, including the 2013, 2014, 2016 and 2017 Player of the Year. Coach Kiick has also lead three players to be named CCIW Freshman of the Year. She has also coached 16 AVCA All-Region selections and six All-America selection including 2017 All-Americans Alora Goodey and Erin Syversen.
 
In addition to her volleyball duties, Kiick led the Millikin softball program from 2007-2012 and was an assistant coach in 2013. In 2010-11, Kiick led both the Millikin volleyball and softball teams to conference championships and earned Coach of the Year honors in both sports.
 
Kiick, who took the helm in 2001 from 14-year veteran Linda Slagell, served as the head volleyball coach at Warrensburg-Latham High School for 11 seasons prior to joining Millikin’s coaching staff. At Warrensburg, she led the Cardinals to 275 wins and just 83 losses, earning the Macon County Volleyball Coach of the Year honor four times. Not only did Kiick lead the Warrensburg-Latham High School volleyball team to success, she also guided the Warrensburg-Latham Middle School volleyball programs to seven state finals appearances in five years.
 
Kiick graduated from Eastern Illinois University in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education and Health Education. She received her master's in Educational Leadership from the University of Illinois-Springfield in 2004.
