Traci Dyer joined the Millikin volleyball staff as an assistant coach in August of 2013.

Prior to coming to Millikin, Dyer was an assistant coach at Concordia University Chicago.
Dyer served as the varsity assistant coach at Central College in 2010 and 2011 and was Central’s junior varsity coach in 2009.

Dyer played collegiately at Central College in Pella, Iowa as a defensive specialist and outside hitter. While at Central, Dyer’s team won the Iowa Conference championship in volleyball in all four of her years. As a senior, Dyer helped Central earn a number 17 national ranking in Division III and advance to the second round of the NCAA tournament.

Dyer has extensive club volleyball coaching experience coaching the Pella Thunder (15 and 16's), Austin, Texas Juniors (17's) and Chicago Juniors (17's).

Dyer graduated from Central in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science. She has a Physical Education teaching certificate from Texas State University.
