Jasper Luckritz

Jasper Luckritz joined the Millikin Athletic Department as the first standalone Head Strength & Conditioning Coach in school history in August 2025. 

Luckritz most recently served as a Strength & Conditioning Graduate Assistant at Indiana State University, graduating with his Master's in Sports Management. In his time with the Sycamores, he was the head of women's soccer and softball training and assisted with the implementation of football training. 

He completed his undergraduate work with a degree in Strength & Conditioning at Central College in Pella, Iowa where he served as an intern for the Central Strength & Conditioning staff. During his undergraduate studies, he served as an intern with the Iowa State Football program during the summer of 2022, assisting coaches in all facets of the strength & conditioning program.

Luckritz is a National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA) Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), passing the certification in January of 2024.

He recently competed in the 2025 USA Weightlifting University National Championships in Ohio where he took second place overall (Gold in Snatch, Silver in Clean and Jerk).
