Millikin Volleyball Scores Two Victories

The #21 ranked Millikin women's volleyball team picked up two wins at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Tournament in Eau Claire, Wisconsin on October 18. The Big Blue are now 22-5 on the season.

Millikin knocked of Eau Claire 3-1 (25-22, 22-25, 25-23, 25-15). Audrey Krajec had 19 kills and 13 digs. Sara Travis had 12 kills. Christina Capuani had a team high 19 digs. Jenna Hilgers had 29 digs and Alicia Thompson added 23.

Alexis Wong led Eau Claire with 11 kills.

Millikin defeated Northwestern (Minnesota) 3-0 (25-17, 25-20, 25-16). Krajec led Millikin with 16 kills and 12 digs. Capuani had a team high 13 digs.  Hilgers had 20 assists with Thompson adding 15.

Krajec was named to the All-Tournament Team.

Millikin will travel to North Central on October 21 before returning home for the Linda Slagell Classic on October 24-25.
