Big Blue Tennis Falls at IWU

    The Millikin women's tennis team lost a tight 5-4 match at Illinois Wesleyan on October 8 in Bloomington, Illinois.
   The teams split the three singles matches with Mililkin's Paige Bequette winning at number one singles 6-2, 6-3 over Josie Lindman. Other Millikin singles winners were Elizabeth Brietbach and Melissa Donovan. Illinois Wesleyan singles winners were Brianna Dao, Gail Mar and Claud McGee-Morales.
   The match was decided in the doubles matches with the Titans winning two out of three. Millikin's lone win went to Aubrie Sabin and Donvovan in an 8-5 decision.
   Millikin is 7-5, 2-5 and Illinois Wesleyan goes to 5-7, 3-4. Millikin will host the University of Illinois-Springfield and Concordia-Chicago on October 12.
