Big Blue Men Fall at #3 Augustana

         The Millikin men's basketball team lost at third ranked Augustana College 96-50 on January 23 in Rock Island, Illinois.
         The Vikings started out the game making its first 10 straight field goals and built and early advantage Millikin could never match.  The Vikings lead 46-23 at the half.
         Augustana shot 59 percent from the field including 65.5 percent in the first half.  Millikin hit on 35 percent from the field.  The Vikings won the rebounding battle 39-23.
         Millikin's top scorer was T.J. Griffin was 14 points and four assists.  Bryn Agew had eight points and a team high six rebounds.
         Augustana had five players score in double figures led by Hunter Hill and Dylan Sortillo with 17 points each.
         Millikin falls to 6-12, 0-7 while the Vikings go to 17-1, 6-1.
         Millikin will host North Central College on January 27 at 7 p.m.
