The Big Blue returned to action for the first time in 18 days and played well, but couldn't defeat the national women's basketball powerhouse program on its own floor.
DePauw excelled in the first and third quarters while Millikin controlled the second and fourth quarters.
DePauw led 15-12 after the first quarter.  Millikin out scored the Tigers 18-12 in the second quarter to take a 30-27 advantage at halftime.  DePauw then controlled the third quarter out scoring Millikin by 15 to end the period up 52-40.  Millikin battled back in the fourth quarter out scoring the Tigers by eight points, but the Big Blue couldn't overcome the DePauw advantage.  Millikin pulled to within two at 59-57 on an Emily Schultz basket with 3:19 remaining.  DePauw out scored Millikin final three minutes to hold on for the win.
