Big Blue Baseball Loses Slugfest

         The Millikin baseball team lost a conference game to Elmhurst College 17-6 (8) on April 11 at Sunnyside Park in Decatur, Illinois.
         The Bluejays pounded out 17 hits in the game.  Millikin had 12 hits, but was hurt by eight errors.
         Devin Crews went 3-5 for Millikin.  Seth Coffey was 2-4 with an RBI.  Keith Askins was 2-4 with a double.  Julian Gutierrez homered for the Big Blue.  Jake Drada had a run scoring triple.
         A.J. Compton led the Elmhurst attack going 3-5 with two homeruns, a double and seven RBIs.  Regan McReynolds had three hits and two RBIs for the Bluejays.
         Millikin falls to 13-10, 2-7 while Elmhurst improves to 12-9, 6-2.
         Millikin will be back at home on April 14 hosting Augustana College in a doubleheader.
