Millikin jumped out to an early 4-1 lead in game one thanks in part to three Illinois Wesleyan errors in the first inning.  The Titans tied the game with two in the third and one run in the fourth.  Millikin scored the game winning run in the fifth inning with the help of the Titans fourth error in the game.
Kailey Lyons led Millikin's attack going 3-4.  Cathy Lebryk was the winning pitcher throwing seven innings allowing nine hits and four earned runs while striking out two.
Sydney Alery went 2-4 in the game one for the Titans with two RBIs.  Katie Caulfield and Summer Stitt also had two hits.
Game two was a pitchers dual until the fourth inning when Illinois Wesleyan took the lead on a two-run homerun from Shelby Fulk.
Millikin rallied with three runs in the sixth inning to take the lead and added four insurance runs in the seventh.  Alyssa Voegele homered to lead off the Big Blue sixth inning.  Alyssa White would drive home the final two runs in the inning with a single.
Chelsea Eads had an RBI single to start the Millikin scoring in the seventh.  Brooke Heimerl added a two-run double and Alexis Dockins drove home the Big Blue's final run with a single.
Lyons, Kalli Farmer, Eads and Dockins all had two hits for Millikin.  Gracie Brookens was the winning pitcher throwing seven innings allowing only five hits and two runs.
Illinois Wesleyan is now 17-9 overall and 2-4 in the CCIW.
