Millikin won game one 3-2 in eight innings.  Millikin opened the scoring in the second inning on a RBI double from Alexis Dockins.
Elmhurst scored two in the top of the fourth inning.  Back-to-back RBI doubles from Rebekah Ondracek and Mikayla Melone gave the Bluejays the lead.
Millikin tied the game in the sixth inning when pinch runner Alysa Doneske scored from second on a ground out from Chelsea Eads with the Elmhurst right fielder throwing out Eads on a blooper that landed in short right.
Millikin's Jordan Themer gave the Big Blue the walk off victory with a single scoring Brooke Heimerl who had reached base with a base hit.
Heimerl, Kailey Lyons and Marissa Padilla each had two hits in the game for Millikin.  Cathy Lebryk was the winning pitcher allowing six hits and two runs over eight innings while striking out five.
