Big Blue Women’s Soccer Wins in Overtime

         The Millikin women's soccer team scored a 3-2 overtime win at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology on September 16 in Terre Haute, Indiana.
         Millikin opened the scoring an a goal from Lucy Koger with the assist by Joslynn Smith.
         The Engineers battled back to take a 2-1 advantage on two goals by Maddy Twetten.
         The Big Blue tied the game at the 83:58 mark on a goal by Emily Ratchford with assists credited to Koger and Smith.
         Millikin scored the game winner four minutes and 20 seconds into the first overtime period and another goal by Koger.        
         Millikin is now 5-2 on the season while Rose-Hulman goes to 2-5.
         After playing seven games in 14 days, Millikin will take a week off from competition before hosting Principia College on September 23 at 5 p.m.
